Mr. Rainer owns and is the Managing Director of three law firms:
Rainer & Rainer, P.C. maintains a case load of approximately
200 complex civil litigation matters with an emphasis on lead paint
poisoning litigation.
Robert K. Rainer, P.C. maintains a case load of approximately
1,100 personal injury cases with an emphasis on claims administration,
advertising and marketing.
Rainer, Walsh & OConnor, LLP maintains a case
load of approximately 700 civil cases including; motor vehicle accidents,
medical and legal malpractice, discrimination, sexual harassment, police
misconduct, general liability, workers compensation and torts
of urban injustice.
Mr. Rainers practices have been nationally recognized for innovative
legal work in the area of lead poisoning litigation. Several of his
cases have been the subject of front page articles in news journals
such as the Wall Street Journal, Atlantic Monthly, Massachusetts
Lawyer Weekly, and the Boston Globe.
In February of 1998, in conjunction with the celebration of their twenty
fifth anniversary, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly named Mr. Rainer as
one of the twenty five most influential lawyers of the past twenty five
years.
Frank Infelise,

Frank brings extensive operating and marketing experience in both the
start-up and Fortune 500 worlds. He most recently served as the Chief
Marketing Officer for Apexon, a leading software provider
of Supplier Relationship Management solutions, where he was responsible
for marketing and business development. Prior to Apexon,
Frank was Chief Operating Officer for Oneswoop.com, a
London-based Internet start-up, where he successfully led the company
from zero stage to second round financing.
Frank was an Associate Partner in Accentures Strategic
Services Practice where he led engagements for executive management
in the Hi Tech and Industrial Equipment industries. He specialized in
the areas of eCommerce, venture development, marketing and operations.
Mark A. Egan,

Mark brings 14 years of sales and marketing experience to MobileLawUSA.
Most recently, Mark was the Director of Business and Partnership Development
at Student Advantage where he managed top tier national
accounts and developed new channels for corporate clients to access
the student market. Mark has over 5 years of experience in the field
of law firm marketing having worked at Rainer & Rainer, P.C.

Theresa brings 17 years of experience in personal injury law to the
MobileLawUSA. She is the CFO of Robert K. Rainer, P.C.
where she has also served as an Office Manager, Senior Claims Supervisor,
Claims Adjuster and Legal Secretary.

Dawn brings 16 years of experience in personal injury law to the MobileLawUSA.
She is the Director of Marketing and New Case Coordinator at Robert
K. Rainer, P.C. where she has also served as a Senior Claims
Supervisor, Legal Secretary, Paralegal and Receptionist.
Brian LeClair,

Brian LeClair is a attorney with nearly thirty years of experience
representing businesses in corporate and transactional work, employment
and intellectual property matters, real estate, construction and leases
and business disputes. He was educated at the University of Vermont
and Boston University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law
Review. On graduation, Brian served as the law clerk to the Hon. W.
Arthur Garrity, Jr.of the United States District Court for MA . For
more than twenty-five years, he practiced with prominent Boston law
firms where he often represented Fortune 500 companies in complex matters.
Brian also served for several years as a director of a NASDAQ listed
public technology and manufacturing company. Brian has also served for
more than ten years in the Harvard Law School Trial Advocacy program,
helping to teach students how to effectively try cases.
